A content management system (CMS) allows you to easily control all of the information on your website (text, photos, video, documents, etc.). A CMS provides as simple user interface that allows you to keep your site fresh without having to have a great deal of technical skill. No html, java, or "webmasters" required!
Our websites are built on the award-winning Joomla! content management system. Joomla is freely available (open source), which helps us minimize costs. Joomla is used around the world for hundreds of thousands of websites for organizations large and small.
You need a content management system so that your staff can keep your site fresh. Gone are the days of sending the information to your "web-guy" and waiting for him to code the information into your site. All you need to do is log-in with your unique username and password, click "edit" on an article, and make the changes as if you were using a familiar word processor. You can even tell the CMS what date and time to post your article, and when to remove it from the site. In addition to keeping your site up-to-date, the CMS allows you to manage your photo galleries, videos, menus...you name it. |

All of our websites are built around a few core templates. These templates have been selected because of their versatile design, flexibility, and extendibility. While most of our sites will be built off the same templates, this doesn't mean they aren't unique. There are a lot of options to choose from such as the number of columns, the locations of menus, and what modules to use. In addition we will customize the color scheme for each client to meet their needs. In addition to the template design, the content and photos you add to your website will help it take-on its own character. |

 Help your users find your parks and facilities with an interactive map. Users can click the markers on the map to reveal detailed information about the location and even see a photo. You can also select a location from the list and the map will automatically zoom to that location. Most importantly, users can enter their starting address and receive turn-by-turn directions to the location of their choice. This useful tool comes standard with all of our websites. It is sure to be one of the most used features on your site. |

 Take your contact page to the next level with our customizable staff directory. Organize your staff into categories, which can be displayed as a table with the information you desire. When a name is selected, a staff profile is displayed which features:
- Staff Name and Title
- Photo
- Contact Information
- Biography
- Contact Form with customizable fields
Our contact forms allow you to have visitors send emails to your staff directly from the website. These forms help prevent spam because 1) the visitor must enter a verification code to send the email, and 2) email addresses do not have to be displayed on the website. |

 Keep your site up-to-date by posting important news and announcements. Messages can be prominently displayed in a number of different ways. Messages can also be setup to automatically be removed from the site when they are no longer needed. For example, if your soccer program gets rained out, you can quickly type a message to be posted on the site, and with a couple extra clicks, have it automatically come off the site at the end of the day to avoid confusion tomorrow!

Keep your community informed about upcoming events, tournament and race results, future plans, canceled programs, job opportunities and more! Your blog can contain as many categories as you'd like and content may be authored by anyone on your staff that is given access. Blog posts can be configured to display on your home page or on a separate page. You also have the option of having your readers comment on your posts. These comments can be automatically published, or you may require that they are reviewed before they are visible on your website. |
